ok so I have to tell you yet another quick Katie moment...
Saturday morning Katie came into the kitchen disappointed again that I wasn't whipping up her favorite food. A delightfully yummy pancake breakfast. I guess we've gotten into a bit of a tradition serving them up once or twice a week for the kids. ( I can't deny it, Scott and I love pancakes too. Nothing like buttermilk smothered cake for breakfast!) After Katie heavily expressed her disappointment to me, Mimi piped in speaking as intelligently and mature as she could. "Katie we have to remember that Mommy can't do very much for us anymore because she has the baby in her tummy. And as the baby gets bigger and bigger, we can only have cereal and other easy things for Mommy to make for us." Quick to correct her sister, Katie responded very matter-of-factly. "Mimi silly, the baby isn't getting bigger and bigger in Mommy's tummy, she just keeps wearing smaller and smaller shirts!"
...once again, there's no hiding anything from Katie.

I love sassy kid comments. Katie is adorable. You can email me at cuteculturechick@gmail.com . To answer your question, the 10 year is tentatively planned, but no date set. For now, I'm helping Sebastian Nye get HS pictures together for a DVD, and that's when I found the pic of us.
Katie has things all figured out!! That is too funny!!! Hope you are doing well Jess. PS---did the BB cuff ever arrive?
No doubt she is a sass-a-frass! That's a fantastic story!!! I'm sure those shirts are feeling very tight right about now. I want to know the minute that little baby girl pops out!
That is too funny. In not too long you can start wearing bigger shirts again. We can't wait.

I love that, don't you wish it was true! Only, I'd be a little worried about you if it was.
I love the post about President Monson, I had no idea you'd had those experiences with him. I think it's so neat to know that amazing as they are, they are people too. How fun you've had the chance to see him in a different setting. And I have to agree with him, Scott is a lucky guy!
And finally, I think you're roses turned out beautifully!
